First Wave Shipped! + Free Goddess Coloring Page

Quick update!  The first wave of packages, which covers just about all of the single pin packages, will be picked up at the Post Office on Monday!  Your tracking numbers should be in your inboxes.  The next waves are coming as soon as we can get to them ready!

Just in time for Monday, I'll also be launching the next Kickstarter for this series of pins featuring the GODDESSES OF AUTUMN enamel pin set!  You can Follow along to be notified of the launch at the campaign's prelaunch page here on Kickstarter.

OR if you have an interest in coloring, sign up here where you can get a free coloring page of Lady of October by joining my email list!  But act fast if you want her because Monday will be the last day she will be available for free!

You'll be sent the PDF of the page in your Welcome email.  Enjoy and please feel free to tag and share with me if you do color her. I'd love to see!

Pins Have Arrived! Final Notice to Update Your Mailing Address

It's an exciting day, my lovely Backers!  The pins have arrived and are being counted and prepped to be sent out!  I've already sent a final notice to everyone via email from Backerkit where you will be able to update your shipping address if it has changed.  If you've lost your survey or can't find that email, remember you can recover your survey here.  

You have 48 hours as of today to update your mailing addresses.  Otherwise if your shipping is paid, I will be sending your items to the address you have listed within Backerkit once the time is up!

Once your pins are shipped, you will receive an email notice from Backerkit with your tracking number.  I plan to have all pins shipped within the next week or so, but please be patient with my small operation should things take a little longer than that, as me and my family are hand-picking and packing each one ourselves!

In the meantime, here's a look at the pins all laid out!

DragonCon + Progress Report!

Hello, my lovely Backers!  It's been a little while and I wanted to give you an update on the latest progress!

First off, I got to meet a few of you at DragonCon and deliver a few of the extra sample pins to their happy Backers.  I was so excited to see how pleased they were with the quality of the pins!  Thanks for those of you who came by to see me at my booth.  It was a fantastic time and we did splendidly!  You can read more about my experience at the con here, if you're curious.

In other news, my pin manufacturer has stated the rest of the pins should be on my doorstep around September 16th.  Just a few days left to wait now!!  In the meanwhile, I've been gathering all of your extra goodies together to have them ready to ship as soon as the pins arrive.  Here's a shot of my prep, plus a little video tour!

I plan to have pins available by my next in-person appearance at Multiverse Con here in Atlanta, so if you'll be attending this con, feel free to drop me a line if you'd like to organize in-person pick up of your pins!  I'm happy to refund shipping for you if you are able to pick up your package in person at my table in the vendor area.

Are you excited? I KNOW I AM!  The pin samples were a beautiful addition to my booth display and I cannot wait to have them as a permanent addition to my Gemstone Goddesses ensemble!  I couldn't have done it without your help.  I am so thankful!

See you soon perhaps?  I will update again once pins have arrived and I have started shipping things OR if there are (goodness forbid) any delays from the manufacturer.

Pin Samples Have Arrived!

Good news, everyone!  I received the samples for the Goddesses of Summer pins in the mail today from PinSource and they are GORGEOUS!  I'm quite pleased with them!  Here's a video turnaround of each of them:

I'm extra excited about being able to include little sandblasted gold accents here and there, like in June's pendant and headpiece, July's stars, and August's headpiece danglies.

What Happens Now?

• I will be placing the order ASAP for the full batch of pins!  It should take 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. (EDIT: updated the production time max range to 4 weeks after hearing from the manufacturer!)
• Once I have the pins in hand and shipments are ready to go, I'll be sending a Final Notice where folks have one last chance to update their shipping address before shipments begin sending out.
•  Please be patient with me!  I am mainly one person doing all of the customer support, packing, shipping, and post office drops for this project.
• The projected shipping window at this point is now between the 2nd and 3rd week of September, if not sooner.  Again, you will receive notice when I'm ready to ship so you will have one last chance to update your mailing address.

I hope you loved this early peek of the pins as much as I did!  I can't wait to get these lovelies into your hands.

Only 3 Days Left to Pay for Shipping!

Greetings, everyone!  I hope you are well!  The exciting deadline where I'll be locking orders and putting in the big order for the pins and other goodies is coming on August 15th!  That's just 3 days away and only 64% of Backers have finished their surveys and paid for their shipping!  Don't worry, as I'll give everyone a grace period and won't be locking orders until the morning of the 16th.

NOTE that you will need to pay for shipping BEFORE I can send your items!  If you don't, I will be keeping your items on hand until November 6th, after which point any items that haven't been claimed with shipping paid in full will be returned to my inventory and put up for resale.

If you miss the August 15th deadline, you can still claim your items before November 6th.  Just drop me a private message here on Kickstarter and I will take care of you!  However, it is simply more efficient for me if everyone gets their orders in by the deadline so I can take care of everything at once and Backers won't forget about their items and end up losing them to the abandonment cutoff date.
